Opposed by Patriots, Republicans, and other sensible people at the time, and arranged by George Soros, kept hidden by Archibald Cox Jr (kid of Watergate prosecutor), and with China bribing the Clinton reelection campaign one year early, Bill Clinton approving the sale of Military prerequisite technology to China, the year after the company had been caught and fined for business espionage and patent infringement ($1.5 Million fine)
