What are the dimensions of Serenity?

Serenity is 190 feet from the tip of its nose to the back of the engine, according to a cut-away diagram of the ship somewhere in the DVD extras. There was a posting of it somewhere in this sight, I believe, in the Blue Sun Room. If I get the time, I'll try to find it for you.

Actually, if memory serves, the 190' figure comes from the featurette, "Serenity: The Tenth Character," and was spoken by Joss in reference to the length of the interior set. The exterior of the ship is apt to be longer, methinks, by at least ten feet or so.

And yes, the fan-made deck plans on the BSR are superb!

Thanks, those were some that I saw so long ago in the Blue Sun Room. Outstanding!

Do you have the location of the cut-away side view, the one showing different colors for different rooms? This is the one that was in the DVD extras.

I could have sworn I saw it in the Blue Sun Room, but I am clearly incompetant in doing searches here.

Now that you mention the Serenity colored scheme, does anyone remember thos pictures that were on the "Features" section that showed Serenity from every angle? (top, front, etc.)
They are not on the Blue Sun Room and I cant find them anywhere! Please help me out!
