Is there a growing movement of rightwing and conservative in Hollywood now and is it set to collide with the Establishment Left which has dominated Hollywood since the 1980s ??

there is a Second Big Industry Inside California outside the Silicon Chips, the News Media, Block Buster Movies, Farms...that is Smut and Drugs and Filt and 'Porn' study shows that the United States pornography industry generated $12 and $13.5 billion in revenue respectively. This encompassed video sales and rentals, internet, cable, pay-per-view, in-room, mobile, phone sex, exotic dance clubs, novelties, and magazines...but its not all Sexy and Glamor, the Life Style of the Pornographer and Women and Men living off these Porn Casting Couches, it destroys them, Loss of Self, Drug Abuse, Emotionally Damaged, Many Turn to Prostitution and Alcohol and other Medications...

So Hollywood is not the Hollywood of Yester-Year or did this Under Belly Always Exist?

One Time Hollywood was Dominated by Right, the old Conservative, the old money WASP anglo saxon white, it had War Propaganda born in place like Florida but then came big Jewish family to a new State. It was still Conservative even Joseph McCarthy kicking out Chaplin, a Strong Flavor or Patriotism, Conservatism and Borders, things changed after WW2 Hollywood and Wall Street and family lineage became more irrelevant, after World War II that the power of the old Protestant establishment began to decline. Many reasons have been given for the decline of WASP power....Hollywood has a history which was super old Conservative, Right, old White money....but had the pendulum swung the other way? some here would say the notion of a leftwing agenda in Hollywood is absurd...but maybe not? there are so many groups and lobby over the years, the old White money, African American, Italian Irish, Asian from the East, Latinos want proper representation, some conservative may even comment that American Jews' Paradoxical Allegiance to the Democratic Party, there are political parties and all kinds of groups. The Liberal elite term and also metropolitan elite for British or those in the United Kingdom is now a term used to describe politically left-leaning people, they claim to have risen from the bottom, claim to support the rights of the working class but are themselves members of the ruling classes and maybe are therefore out of touch with the real needs of the people they claim to support and protect, it used to refer to political positions and conspiracy as diverse as secularism, the homo-sexual agenda, environmentalism, marxism, feminism, refugees or the apologies for islam, identity politics, class-ism, race relations, women's health and all many other ideas and other positions associated with the left. There is a Mafia of different type the Italian, the Jamaica, but one you shall not name the Polish-American business woman CEO she might censor Weinstein, Woody Allen, Polanski media reports, Hollywood now its own mafia.
...it is no secret 'Jews' are all over Hollywood and there were a large percentage of some Jews from the East part of Europe who were Marxists, over time there were lots of sucessful Italian, Chinese, Irish, Jewish immigrants but as the years move on the Jews were more known for studios in American cinema ...over time the theatrical culture changes life in California. The 'Hollywood' brand post McCarthyism and a new political leaning, instead of extreme right it becomes extreme left?

Some say Hollywood itself is stagnant now, itself part of a giant political movement and conspiracy

electoral changes?

and that last Six Percent or close to 6 % where did it go?....Libertarian Gary Johnson 3.37% Green Stein 1.96%, Independent Sanders (write-in) 0.56% and then pary of Peace and Freedom Gloria La Riva 0.47%

maybe not an easy Democrat Left State Anymore?

I haven't read an actual physical newspaper in a very long time. My grams though, she still gets two newspapers delivered everyday. We were talking on the phone and she said she couldn't believe the movie listings in the paper. She said she remembers when they were at least half a page in the paper and now they were like a 3"x5" insert buried at the bottom of page 12.

Hollywood isn't dying, but it's definitely going through a huge change. Blockbuster movies are continually breaking even or losing money, and that's with the ridiculous prices they charge at the theaters. Who wants to pay 15-20 bucks to see one movie with a bunch of random strangers who may or may not ruin the experience for you when that same 20 bucks could buy two months of Netflix on your 70" TV? Or, even more detrimental to Hollywood, is the fact that even if you're slightly motivated it's not brain surgery to spend the price of two movie tickets to buy and program a device that will allow you to stream any movie or tv show without commercials to any TV in your house without commercials.

Then take a look at how much TV has improved since the 80s. Sure, there's still a ton of reality crap and bad sitcoms, but more amazing actors are going to television all the time and making some of the best entertainment we've ever seen. Lost, Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, House of Cards, and tons of others are just so much better than most movies they make today... and with stories and characters as compelling as those it's great that we get to see a long fleshed out story that would never be possible in the 90 minute format. I can't even tell you the last movie that I watched. They just don't appeal to me anymore.

I really try to separate the Actor from their Ideology. For example, it kind of annoyed me when Bryan Cranston had some political views to share, but that doesn't mean I'm going to not watch whatever he's in. He's one of the greatest actors of our time.
