Fans of the show which aired for two seasons from 1990-1991 might remember the original series finale because of its more-than-extremely bizarre ending. FBI agent Cooper entered the Black Lodge searching for his new love Annie. Once inside he encounters many transitioning spirits including Laura Palmer who says to him "I'll see you in 25 years".

Well, it's been 26 years, so even though it's a little late, it's still a pretty amazing prediction come true. Twin Peaks will be on Showtime starting May 21. That means cuss words, graphic violence, and nudity should be expected, something that wasn't allowed when it was on network tv. The promos for it feature David Lynch and Kyle McGlaughlin. I don't know who else will be back.

Hmmm. Just before NYPD Blue (1993) paved the way for network nudity.

MOOSE

I was a big fan of the show, we planned our Friday nights around it. Even watched the movie in the theater.

I have pretty much no interest in this revival.
