You would think this would be the headline on all the major entertainment websites. Is Disney going to be the next company to sell off 'assets'?

I knew Paramount was in trouble just because I pay attention to this stuff. I wouldn't have known about it otherwise. As far as I know, none of the YouTubers ever talk about Paramount so this probably isn't on their radar at all. It might be now?

This is the first time I'd heard anything officially about layoffs, although no matter what happened there was going to be layoffs.

I remember last year hearing that Disney might buy Paramount. I laughed at that idea and thought "with what money?"

Just one more company getting even bigger when Paramount gets devoured.

The only good thing that would come of it is one less company owning the rights to their entire catalog means one less hurdle to stream everything at one place.

I don't ever want to see the future where one company runs everything, but with copyright laws so abusive and backward, it would be the only future where you subscribed to one streaming service and got to watch everything.

Trump will be fine.
He will also be your next President.
