Im sure it has been brought up here before but I just noticed this today that AB is in this movie. I LOVED THIS MOVIE growing up. It has great perfomances from AB, Matt Dillon and that kid that was Rudy in Meaballs (the kid that Bill Murray helps run the race at the end). That kid had great 80's hair. It came out on DVD a couple of years ago...Im def gonna buy it. I cant wait!

I saw this for the first time last week.

Such a good movie.. Such a powerful role for Adam as first film!

How could you not connect with his character emotionally!

Also This movie was special to me because it was a Chicago movie, but not only a Chicago movie but it was in my old niegborhoods, the way they looked when I grew up there. Unfortunately (or fortunately) I don't think it looks like this any more.

Anyways a lot of nostalgia for me. Great movie!

I saw it for the first time a few months ago. Loved it! Ruth Gordon is the best.

Adam was perfect for that role. He was only 17 when he did that film.
