Character Names -- Just Slightly Spoilerish

I just read the IMDb (Internet Movie Database) website's entry on Serenity --

and to my surprise, found that we now have first/last names for Zoë, Wash and --most astonishingly-- Book.

Ron Glass .... Shepard Meria Book

Interesting that Zoë and Wash don't share a last name (But, as my wife pointed out, what else would I expect from a Warrior Woman?) And with a first name like "Hoban", I don't blame Wash for going with the nickname.

Now, I don't know what source IMDB used for this cast listing, or how offical it is, but I thought I'd share.

As for Book -- I don't know. I'd always assumed "Book" was a Nom Du Voyage; somehow having a first name attached just seems -- wrong.

Of course, even so, there's no proof that this was his birth name...
