Thanks to tips from lurkinghorror and ChristopherRobin, I decided to play around with layers a bit more. Saw this image of Mal and figured his thoughts might wander in an Inara-ish direction, those long nights on watch.

BTW, the image of Inara is from the flashback in Out of Gas, when Inara is checking out the shuttle. I imagine chief among Mal's favorite memories is the moment he first met Inara.

I'm going through the same phase as Mal is in the picture. Although Inara is rather beautiful, it isn't her who I’m constantly thinking about. My homecoming date. I can't go 1.36 minutes without thinking of her... You know what; I’m getting off track here. What I meant to say was that this is a very good image, and I totally get the point portrayed here. Keep up the good work!

Good job with the layering and a great choice in the images he relly does have that distant far away look in his eyes like he could be thinking of her.
Very nice.
By the way if memory serves me his pic is from the very end of Serenity (the pilot episode) where he is talking to Simon and says "It's enough."
