Nah, Multi-Threaders fits to a tee.
I'm VERY happy to see that convention talk has been contained to the eleventh floor. I can come back!
TWELFTH FLOOR PRIIIIIDE!
Okay, that was stupid, but it made me stop and laugh for a second anyway.
What threads have we all hijacked today? I've been SO out of things for the past week. Mid-terms are here and I had three papers to write last week, two more due Wednesday, and a test to look forward to as well. Plech! The worst part is that when I finish writing a paper I have absolutley NO desire to sit down and blog. I just want to run outside and jump around screaming to release all of my pent-up energy.
But, this thread is NOT about mid-terms (please don't make it about that!). Let's think of somthing fun to talk about, like...humm... your first kiss, skiing in powder, what you want to be if/when you grow up, your most embarassing moment, your take on the diference between empiricism and rationalism--oh, wait, that's not exactly fun.
I don't care just make it...

Wacky fun!

Well I think I see a carton of egg beaters in the fridge, some canadian bacon, a bit of broccoli, and some goat cheese. We might maybe be able to do up some omelets. Oh hey english muffins who's up for some eggs benedict? Can I get a hand with the hollandaise sauce?

Pancakes huh? *Rummage through cupboard* Here we go, bisquick that'll work. Well looks like pancakes should be doable but bang around in the bottom cabinet and see if there's a waffle iron too. Gotta have options if were going to do brunch right.

Oh, there's the juice. Hiding behind the gespacho. Might as well bring out the gespacho while I'm at it.

*sniffs*

Do I smell coffee? I could certainly use some coffee right about now. Now where are the mugs hiding?

OK folks we got eggs scrambled, up, and over, we got omeletes, we got eggs benedict, pancakes and waffles. We have gespacho, cold tomato soup right here. Coffe is on the brew, there's juice and champaigne.

We're serving buffet style so come grab a plate and start loading up.

CALLMESERENITY

Yay! Malt-o-meal!

But Davidear, Bisquick does NOT cut it! I cannot stand that stuff.

*chunks the bisquick*

*takes over a corner of the kitchen*

*there is a flurry of flour, whisks, and egg cracking followed by some fancy flipping just to show off a bit.*

BAM!

*offers up a large stack of fresh, fluffy pancakes.*

Seryn-you're thinking of Shrove Thursday. That's in a week or 2.

I have no idea why it's a pancake day and no one gives up pancakes for lent. But we're having our traditional pancake dinner at church. Everyone's invited. But the tradition is that the youth make the pancakes and they use mix, so they aren't nearly as good as mine.

I have quite the pancake ego, don't I? But really, my pancakes are faboooo.

Dave, could I have eggs benedict without the bacon? I've never tried one before, but I don't eat bacon.
