I suppose I should have brought this subject up in the loafers nook. Its where we normally do the seriously imaginative drinking.

And then play calvin ball afterwards.

But the main reason we do that is cause we have big squishy comfy couches to fall on when we need to.

Have you been to the Nook yet? You are more than welcome to drop in any time, but I think they are talking about cars or computers at the moment. So maybe give it a while.

CMS: Easy with the "everything taste better with rum." That's a common misconception. Some friends of mine came to the same conclusion after their first encounter. My friends can be overly creative. Let's just say never test that theory with tuna juice.

Seryn: Oh we're making up drinks?? I create "The Dreadnok" Rum and grape soda. Goes great with chocolate covered doughnuts.

Nah, don't worry about the brain overload. I completely understand. I think that the HT (Hidey Tower) should merge with the LN (loafer's nook). Just imagine the acronym--HLNT, or HTLN, or LNinHT. We could put the nook right over...theere.

Amen to leaving that crappy job! For the past FOUR MONTHS we've been short staffed. Managing a restaruant during Christmas when there are only two people working up front--uhhhhh, I shudder at the memory. And now that Spring is bringing out the fair-weather outers I think I'm going to have to leave, whether or not I've got a replacement job.

So, all hail avoid reality day forever! This is the perfect forum for that.

You would think that waistbandless pantyhose would be a wonderful thing. No annoying waistband to deal with, right? No bunching, no itchy, easy peasy.

Wrong!

They keep rolling down when I walk. ROLLING! It's horrible. And I'm seriously considering wearing my..um..knickers on the outside to keep them up (thank goodness it's not a holiday!)or just losing them altogether. It's not warm enough yet to go without, really. But I'm so tempted!
