Hmmmm...fit club seems a bit dead- not a good sign. Anyway, I was having problems with the site today but am finally able to post so...I walked three miles today and that's about it.

the link in the week 14 fit club didn't work for me so i had to find week 15 manually that could be why no one is posting

went for a short ride monday 15 miles to keep the legs moving

did a 40 mile ride tuesday at a good intensity and then mowed the lawn

tonight is training race night so i will be hurting later

i checked my body fat count on sunday and i am hovering around 13% body fat. this is a far cry from 2 and 1/2 years ago when i was 50lbs heavier so i have reach and maintained my goals for about a year but still have my lapses. i hope everyone is still getting their time in

I'm not posting much because I'm going to be away from home for the next 2 months. In september, be ready to hear all about my working out. Yeah. Anyway, I'm in Cali. We've been running around and whatever. Going to hit up amusement parks and the beach. Then it's off to Hawaii.

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

Glad to see the board back up.

Still working my tail off in the gym. Literally. I have lost another 9 pounds. Down to 231. Worked out with weights last night for an hour and fifteen minutes. Did cardio for twenty minutes and burned 250 calories.

I keep forgetting to post! So yesterday I walked 1.5 miles and today I went to the gym. I did a 10 minute warm up on the elliptical and then 30 min on weights and toning- which is all I had time for. This evening I walked with my mom and we did 1.5 miles. So, I'm doing better which is good.

I'm fit clubbing alone:( I didn't get in any exercise today cause it was crazy hot and I had a ton of stuff to do. Hmmm, I need to get back in the swing of things...on a happier note, I lost another pound

I've decided I don't care what I weigh anymore. I skate board daily and I think that counts. Also you can sweat 10 lbs a day in this town! Freaking northern califronia! It's been over 100degrees for nearly a month! Yipes I think it hit 110-115 a couple of days ago!

yeah the heat here has only been in the mid 90's but it gets so damn humid the heat index gets up into the 100-115 range. i can go on a short ride and lose way to much hydration. very dangerous

well i have been absent. i had a lighter week in preperations for road bike racing over the weekend. raced saturday in the IL State Championships CAT 4 and placed 21 out 100 something(not sure on the final count) i cramped at the end and couldn't make any progress in the sprint. due to the cramp my leg was sore so i didn't bother with the Criterium race sunday and just did a 40 mile local ride. should pick up the miles this week again though.

Shiny, thanks

To answer your question, life just dump a big steaming pile on my plate. A consequence of that is that I don't know for how much longer I'll be able to afford an internet connection. Things are starting to even out now though (*knocks on wood*).

So, I'll probably be able to start working out again soon. Though I may disappear for an indeterminate amount of time at some point. *sigh*

Btw, where's this weeks thread?

EDIT: Did the 4th give you a bad hang-over?
