raising the issue of loads of stuff. how much luggage is too much?

I was thinking of bringing my weekend bag, my large flight bag and my normal handbag, but i'm thinking that with all the cotumes, and possible slinky dresses to be carried hanging, i might bring w/end bag and f/bag as checked luggage, and get another one as a flight bag. The question is, how easy is it to haul stuff from airport to hotel (there the Marta thing, but is it up hill and down dale like the london underground or fairly short walking distances) and what is the capacity on the hotel room?

Four girls and all the luggage? yikes!

Have you tried Divine white chocolate? Their the fairtrade chocolate from tradecraft, the whole range is less sickly sweet than other chocolate, and the white actually has a really nice taste and texture to it, or i remember it does, i always go for the milk, as it has this unusual almost slightly salty sweet taste to it - yummy!

If I recall, the MARTA is just outside the airport. so if you have rolling luggage it should be easy to get to the train. There are a big set of stairs coming up from the underground where the MARTA is under the hotel. but if you know when you're arriving, we might be able to arrange someone to meet down there and help you carry stuff up. When is your flight arriving on Thurs.?

yes, when is your flight? because if people can pick you up at the airport instead, that will save having to lug stuff around.

And don't worry, if you can get it on the plane, we'll find room for at the hotel.

LMD: check with the airline, they usually have carry on size specifications. Also, some airlines let you "check" your bag at the plane and can store it up front for you, in this nifty compartment in the front of the plane and you can pick it up on the way out. So, it doesn't have to go with the other luggage down below.

I also noticed when I was luggage shopping the other day that alot of duffles and stuff will list on the box they come in if they're carry on sized.

yes, driving is good. I'll need a break from the stress of the move/new job. I plan to get in some hardcore relaxing. I'm bringing the presidential alcohol cabinet. and a few other things to help me relax.

So, can it be Official Be Nice to Serenity Day?

..That happened to me once when I was getting blood taken for tests.... I got up and was walking with the doc as he was saying stuff, and suddenly I stopped because the walls where moving back and forth and all over the place. I remember asking, "Should the building be shaking?" and then I woke up about 30 secounds later on the ground......

Jayne: "Testing, testing. Captain, can you hear me?"
Mal: "I'm standing right here."
Jayne: "You're coming through good and loud."
Mal: " 'Cause I'm standing right here."

ooh! Not fun! Thankfully I just barely managed to hold on to consciousness. But yeah, shaking walls. Or in my case, shaking door frame.

I hope it never happens again.
