Has anyone else taken a look at the different tracks for D*C? I looked some of 'em up about two weeks ago and picked out what I'd like to attend. I'm not really sure how it works, so perhaps my little "schedule" is unrealistic:

FRIDAY

13:00 - Battlestar Galactica Season Review

17:30 - trek vs galactica

20:30 - serenity: the miranda conspiracy

SATURDAY

12:00 - mad, bad and dangerous to know (ff)

16:00 - state of the fleet address (bsg)

also saturday: wash wake and shindig

SUNDAY

11:30 - more fun with river and jayne and wash

13:00 - weyrfest jeopardy? or silmarillion for dummies?

14:30 - gathering of the fleet (bsg)

20:30 - we have met the enemy and they are us (bsg)

MONDAY

10:00 - future of fandom (pern)

14:30 - dead dragon party (pern)

16:00 - sleeping with the enemy (bsg)

The Pern stuff I don't mind skipping, but I'd really love to hit every BSG event I can.

It's quiet on this floor. Perfect for a nap. If your here to install the comfy flooring don't mind me. I'm so beat I could sleep through a KISS - AC/DC battle of the bands.

Reminiscent of John Belushi in Animal House the boom box is seized and smashed against the nearest wall until there remains nothing but a handle. The handle is returned to Cozen.

Well, while everyone has been planning for D*C, I successfully pulled off RUSH for my sorority last night!!!! I will have to post pics and things cuz I'm totally amazed with myself.

But, for now, it's nap time! (part of being Rush officer means an extreme lack of sleep the days following the event.)

Why have I got the Benny Hill music in my head now?

Nevermind.

Serenity (and all other interested parties) they're doing a lot of stuff on costumes and a few of them sound interesting - like the one on corsets, do you want to go to any of them?

a lot of it seems to be about a bunch of girls hell bent on wearing as little as possible for no explicable reason, but we can avoid them if we're careful.

Again, I might be convinced to attend a few things.

I'm easily pursuaded to do fun things with friends.

I have my two time slots at the fan table (don't ask me when! Saturday and Sunday afternoons sometimes) and I sorta volunteered most of you to help set up for the Shindig which kinda got ME volunteered as Head Shindig Decorating Volunteer. Then there's all the Firefly stuff that I will be attending. The rest of my time is not specifically unaccounted for.

Oh there is a explicable reason, though it is seems so obvious that to having it explained would be silly.

Yes, i know there is a perfectly good reason for their being mostly naked as far as you guys are concerned.

But i was talking of Serenity and my self, we see everything they have to offer everymoringing in the mirror and basically, its rather boring to see it paraded about like its something special.

But seeing as you guys don't really have the opportunity all that often, I won't make (much more of ) a point of it.

All that often? Hey I'm not even going to be there. I never said that it was a good reason, just perfectly explicable. I consider myself lucky and honored to have seen a part of the inner you here that you can't see regardless of any clothing.

I understood you Seryn! I don't want to see naked girls, I can see naked me any time I want.

But if there's a track about attractive naked men......

And, besides, from what I remember from last year, there is quite a lot of flesh to be seen at D*C. So, don't worry men, it is there for the gawking.
