SASSALICIOUS

Biked a couple of miles last night to enjoy the last night of summer with friends.

Today I biked a few miles between class and home and after a meeting with my new vietnamese teacher I'm going to run for 30 minutes before my next class.

I went camping last weekend, including a few pretty tough hikes. That may have to last, I have no yoga for a few weeks!

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

Well, I slacked most of last week and this past weekend. Of course my excuse is I was on vacation and we did not get back until late Tuesday night.

Anyway, I did work out some at the fitness center at our hotel in Atlanta. Put in a 30 minute workout every morning.

Going to the gym today.

I've had to bike back and forth between home and campus/work/downtown way too many times in the past 2 days.

I suppose it makes up for the lack of getting to the gym in the past 2 days.

Biked some more and ran around at work for 8 hours. We were busy and short staffed.
