what ripples will such a large stone as d*c make upon the calm of our little pond?

Well, I'm still at work, missed most of the days posts, but it seems we're all back and have at least one foot in the land of the living.
No more talking about religion and/or politics when drinking. I think I pulled a citizen and tried to start a fight I'm also pleased to see everyone so excited about next year already.
AND! since there are no e-mail notifications of replies, I'll post thoughts on the last few post that I recall.
LMD: I'm going home soon, If you see me on YIM tonight or at anypoint tomorrow (thurs) do not hesitate to contact me. I'll help anyway I can, brother. 2 ears (eyes in the case of text....unless I'm wearing my eyepatch) are always available.
General: Speaking of great shows... I finished getting "Brimstone". w00t and stuff. There needs to be a regionfree Wonderfalls. Too perfect to not share with everyone. Glad you guys enjoyed what we saw of it.
Cozen: I look forward to seeing the shiny pics when I get home. Big thanks to everyone who took lovely pics to share.
Broadside: Yes. like a Irish Car Bomb. 1/2 pint of guinness with a shot of layered Irish Cream with Irish Whiskey floating on top (use the back of a spoon to layer). Broadside replaces the Irish Cream with Amarula (made from the Marula fruit) and replaces the Whiskey, with Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum. Yes I made it up. and We taste tested them at D*C to everyones satisfaction and pleasure. I had 3. I should have waited before continuing my self abuse.
Hope all is well with those back from D*C. I look forward to seeing you all again as soon as possible. even if that's next D*C. es to all of you.

i'll reiterate here that i didn't even notice the broadside, haha...not sure whether it's the fact that I'm immune to them after having been "broadside"ed by a semi, or the fact that i'd aready had 1 and a half bottles of 99 Cherries or Bananas in addition to some other stuff ;p

ah, "Pulled a X" here, means "I did what X would do." Not Pulled like it means there.
So I was only playing off the idea that you start fights. I tried to start a fight, therefore "pulling a Citizen." Were I to get myself into more trouble than I could handle, Balls up and get myself out of it, I'd be "Pulling a Mal."
And to answer the other question... "I don't know, I passed out."

Kinda exotic tasting. Got better with every sip. It dares you to drink more. With enough sips, it would not matter how it tasted!

Carbombs? Y'all did carbombs? I love those!

Oh, and Jadehand, I actually brought along a bottle of Tattoo along with a new (for me) discovery...Parrot Bay! Both by my favorite Captain. I just wished we'd had the chance to crack the bottle. Well, next year, I'll be staying the whole time, as I'll be single!

The few of you that I did get to meet I enjoyed our brief time.

single!?!?!?! you haven't broken up with the missus have you? no! you can't have!

before i go over-reacting further, you have to explain. And i have to apologise for not getting off my ass and coming and saying hello to you when i had the chance - i was so wiped i just sat there and waved at you both, and then i tried to find you the next day but you were gone.

poo.

so i'm really sorry! I knew i should have got up at the time, hindsight is fab innit? [ /sarcasm]

And now i really have to start saving to go next year. Already tried to look up prices, but they don't carry flight dtails that far in advance. Bummer.

Which leads to moderately moderate moderation which only fuels calls to moderate the moderation and eventually leads to a moderately immoderate modernity. It's a slippery slope and one I'll have no part in.

my head hurts.

well, i stopped panicking and took the plung, i ordered tickets for the overnight service, getting in very early thursday morning, and i'm going to mooch around the V&A, then i go back tuesday at 3pm, but if no-one is staying that long then the tickets are amendable, so as long as i know befor wednesday night i can change them to come home earlier.

for a small fee of course but i don't care.

Citizen! i just went back and checked the old hidey thread, and you spent almost £200 quid on farscape dvd's! well, before i felt guilty about not paying you back yet for the s3 tickets.

Now i've a good mind to make you wait even longer, and spend all the cashy money on Sean Maher autographs for my female friends and relatives.

Talking of female friends, had the funniest moment today - I was talking about the guy stumbling round as Jack Sparrow - you know, the one who had the costumes spot on and looked like Jonny Depp to boot? Well, she one of these elegant and graceful women who always seams to be utterly perfect - and she turns round at that point and says 'oh i'd be running after him and humping his leg, like a small dog'.

I'm rather proud our our restrained aspirations become Captain Jack groupies now.

Infact, i think i'm going to get that printed on a t shirt.

ah, so much to do before next year - Elizabeth Swan dress, Special Branch patches, BDWhore t's, Captain Jack groupie t's.

wow i sound like a big tart. Ok, i'm rambling, its obviously past my bed time again, bye dears!

Apparently Sean Maher is gay. Plus they were farscape DVD's, and I've only seen the 1st and 2nd seasons in their entirety.

What more do you need? I've got season 1 and 2 for about £80 each, so I can ebay them and make some return to help pay for the complete boxed set.

Well it's 3:54am and I can't sleep. Stupid jet lag.

So here's a random joke I got sent in E-Mail:
A man is getting into the shower just as his wife is finishing up her shower, when the doorbell rings. The wife quickly wraps herself in a towel and runs downstairs.

When she opens the door, there stands Bob, the next door neighbor.

Before she says a word, Bob says, "I'll give you $800 to drop that towel."

After thinking for a moment, the woman drops her towel and stands naked in front of Bob.

After a few seconds, Bob hands her $800 dollars and leaves.

The woman wraps back up in the towel and goes back upstairs.

When she gets to the bathroom, her husband asks, "Who was that?"

"It was Bob the next door neighbor," she replies.

"Great!" the husband says, "did he say anything about the $800 he owes me?"

I've been sleeping like a log lately. Crashing at 9pm, getting up at 6am with my head FULL of crap I have to do.

My email's down which is MOST distressing, but I've been printing out all my Londony info and Seryn, I ordered the corset laces, 8yards. Oh may it be enough!!!

I'm listening to this fantastic CD a friend made for my trip(THANK YOU NCTibby!) called "London Calling". Eventually, I'm going to have to do some actual WORK WORK, but I got in a half hour early and I've been quite productive.
