May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

I must confess I have been a slacker since last Wednesday.

My dad has been in and out of the hospital, and it appears he is about to lose his battle with cancer. With that and other things going on, I simply have not had time to make it to the gym.

My sister is in town this week to spend time with dad, so I am going to try to make it to the gym today to work off some pent up emotion.

Keep up the good work browncoats.

Biked 5 miles and worked 6.5 hours.

I really need to get one of those pedometers so I can keep track of things during the day when I'm working and campus cruising.

Got to the gym last night for an hour. Worked out with the weights, then put 3 miles on the treadmill. Hadn't worked out in over a week so I was a tad sore this morning, but it felt good to get back into the gym.

I walked 3 miles yesterday at lunch. Went home last night and biked 8 miles. Gym was closed due to some sort of busted pipe. Hope they get her open again soon.
