Sorry for the lateness of the new thread today. Kept forgetting then FFFs wasn't avalible for the longest time.


Got in 3 sets and a 30-45min walk about.

SIRI


I've missed "reporting in" a few days. Are we the only 2 on here? Anyways, went to Pilates and then a Self-Defense class yesterday. Did 30 min yoga this am and plan to go to Combat Conditioning this evening. Have been tracking on Pyramid most days. Still haven't been able to knock off the 5 lbs I gained in the past 6 months.

It almost seems. But, Browncoat1 said a little while ago that he has some IRL issues to deal with and when that's taken care of, he'll be back. Not really sure what happened to the others, though Dec exams are currently going on. So, that might be playing a role.

I wouldn't worry too much about weight; muscle weighs a fair bit more than fat. As long as you're looking, and most importantly, feeling better, I'd say you're doing just fine

FLECHETTE


Still here! Just been really busy with the holiday season.


Had my 10 week re-evaluation at my health club - a little depressing. Cardio and general fitness is coming along nicely - on average I can use 80% more weight on any given machine (anywhere from 50 to 120% depending on the excerise) and I can sustain a 3 min cardio routine and recover more quickly too.

Nice huh? However 1'm only down 1.5 lb, 1.7% body fat and most measurements have only decreased a minute amount. Even my trainer was perplexed and a little disappointed. She went over my food journal and can't see a problem there (I'm right at 1800 calories) I do eat healthy and proper portions so we both expected more bang than we got. And she watches me work out 4-5 days a week so she knows I'm exercising LOL!

Now I've strained my knee pretty badly (non exersice related) so no heavy cardio for at least 1 week, then more easing back into the routine

Blech!

Yah, that's gotta be quite discouraging. But, eveybodies body is different.

You're definitely a lot healthier now than then. Which is the main point to working out. So, I'd say you're doing a great job, keep up the great work!

Haven't reported in for a few days. Did 1 1/2 hour yoga class this morning - some weights and crunches last night.

Have noticed my clothes are fitting a bit better.

Yeah, that's pretty much it. I'd go and do something, but it's bad enough being worn out by mounds of homework (I'll admit, mostly my fault for being a procrastinator) and barrage of tests. Hopefully I'll start doing something again the week after next (although, with the holiday laziness, there may be a snarl).
