Due to messy inconsiderate plumbers, I had to do a fair bit of cleaning yesterday... 3 1/2 hrs worth. So, I'm rather sore today; counting this as a workout.

Made it for an hour fitness conditioning class today. Stuck home with the ice storm but still have power. Having been checking in for a few days. Where is everyone?

Been asking myself that exactly same question. But, it is the usual start of the winter academic term and people have gotten back from vacation to probably a pile of work on there desk. That or they're just lazy

I was actually expecting a fair bit of new people b/c of new years resolutions. Somewhat disappointed in that regard.

Made it for an hour kick-boxing class this morning. Made a big pot of "healthy" soup to knosh on this week. Working at going to bed earlier so I can get up and do a bit more yoga and some cardio in the am. That's a WIP.
