SASSALICIOUS

I'm baaaaack!!!

I just spent the last week scuba diving in the FL keys and when water conditions weren't conducive to diving, we rented jet skis, ran around on the beaches, and kayak wrestled in the water.

So so fun.

Made it for an hour of kickboxing this morning - after shoveling snow from my driveway. A week in FL Keys doing ANYTHING sounds pretty darn good!

GOTTHAMMER

Hope no one minds my posting mine efforts

(heh, first post on these boards, too)

Did about two hours of tai chi today (which includes a fair amount of stretching). Then me and my instructor did a fair amount of walking, maybe a couple of hours, at a couple of bookstores.

Goal? Lose about 30-40 lbs before summer (or at least be able to run 3km in less than 20 mins).
