GOTTHAMMER

I did about an hour of Tai Chi (should've been two hours, but I did some running for cardio and a fair amount of stretching).
Then I proceeded to Arnis practice, where we had hitting drills on tires (I attended 3 consecutive classes, which amounts to almost 3 hours).
My hands hurt, and there be new blisters. (^_^)

Did an hour of combat conditioning this morning. Then I cleaned my house - that should certainly count for something! Haven't checked in for a few days. Visitors from out of town and family stuff.
