bah humbug. v-day may as well be d-day as far as it's gone for me so far (in the past, nothing wrong today besides waking up way waaaaaaay on the wrong side of the bed and later getting so pissed (angry for you Brits) that i punched our back door leaving a big dent in it, and my hand doesn't look so great either).

I finally got the results of my sleep study (took them bloody long enough). I have sleep apnea, which in a weird way is great news for me, lol. Now I know at least a major part of why I have so many nagging health concerns.

well, i'm with Mai and Serenity, I had a great valentines day, I got an amusing, thoughful card and a basket of gorgoues flowers!

after was not so fun, i now have a cough and cold. but the good news is i've been all but granted permission to take a sick day, so i have three days to get over it. (well, actually i'll be using it to apply for jobs, but in theory...)

its the stress! i swear its the stress, crappy situation, crappy health - it either does all that scientific stuff about compromised immune systems or it just makes that point at which you give up fighting it much sooner.
