Not too much, other than the lies coming to an end. I'm only sharing the truth. Unfortunately, it's a truth that no one wants to know.
But you can tell from the fact that she's not disputed it, only ignored me in hopes that others would, that it's true.

Brother,
I love you. But, I was wrong here. I repressed a few things too long. They didn't go away, and exploded a bit too violently for even my taste here. I'm just sorry the bystanders may have taken damage in this. I'm done with it. It's no longer worth my time, and it's certainly not worth the space on this fine site.

So interesting news. It's rumoured that Diablo 3 is in the works, and has been for some time now. I'd love to see an offical declaration from Blizzard, but that likely won't happen until they get closer.

Meanwhile, I've work to do on this stack of games that isn't getting any shorter.

Sweetie i'll be having no complaints from anybody...

'PUT THAT CLONED MOUSE DOWN!!!!!'

Ooooooh! Shopping triumph! Shopping triumph! Everybody stop what you are doing and congratulate me.

I went shopping today to get my mums birthday present - we'd hit upon the idea of getting her stuff to turn her bedroom into a warm comfy boudior/sanctuary/hidey hole - she's always saying how she has no privacy and alone time, and until we can move out the best we can do is make her private space as good as possible (also investigating how possible it is for her to use the net and watch films in there) but we decided on getting her a gorgeous bead spred and piles of pillows to recline on while she reads etc.

so i set off, intent on looking in every single shop that might possibly sell bedding and i was finding really nice stuff, but i couldn't decide, or it was out of the price range, until i went past this ex catalogue store that i'd never been in before and decided to chance it - and lo and behold... there it was, all beutiful subtle colours that exactly matched the existing decor, sequing and ribbons and beads all elegantly done, even with matching pillow shams.

for £12.50

just for guidance the nearest equivalent was £49.99 in a sale.

i was the very definition of chuffed and i thinki've earned my entry to the super bargain buyers club.

what was doubly great was that instead of the bed spread and maybe a couple of pillows i could normally have got, i was able to get her sevearal pillows of all different sizes in a range of lovely designs and embroideries and colours to pick out the ones on the spread, and a gorgeous fuzzy slinky mink coloured throw to wrap up in on cold evenings or whatever, this is along side the cushion for her favorite chair made from silk taffeta and (ok, i think i'm loosing the guys) antique saris and the tisannier for yummy teas that i got for mothers day.

oh yeah, go me! go me! goooo me!

so on monday, my sisters going to get her out of the house in the morning, and i'm going to change all the sheets and but all the new stuff on the bed and then tie a huge bow around the bed so when she gets back from the lunch we're taking her to, we can just lead her in and yell 'surprise!

I have to admit though we're also doing it like that because it would takeabout ten puonds worth of wrapping paper just to cover the huge bundles. You should all wish you could have seen me running for the bus with about 6 large bags full of cushion innards flapping behind me yelling 'scuse me! wide load!' at the old biddies in front of me. It was amusing.

But anyway, as you were.

i will do, if you're really interested - it really is a gorgeous design in lovely colours - i mean the price was a good one but if you don't love the look of it, whats the point? i'm just amazed i managed to get the best of both world - shopping heaven!

there are more there as well, including one that my sister would love to bits, all purples, which is her favorite colour, and i'd love to go back and get it. I think i might, and just break in to the stuff i was saving for glasgow - who needs to eat? No, hopefully what i have for glasgow will see me through, about £90 - which considering most everything is free at the con and the art gallery i want to see, and its city centre so there'll be places to buy food instead of having to eat out all the time like S3 - i'll be fine.

As long as i can go have a cup of tea in the those tea rooms Mackintosh et all decorated, and get to and from that art gallery i'll be very happy.

so i'm thinking maybe if she can't go get it i should - stash it away with the Bronte novel collection i just bought her for christmas (yes, i know its only march, but i spot these things!)

Yes, I am really interested! I wanna see pics.

I always thought it'd be lovely to have a bedroom set done in sari fabrics.

Do you think the stuff your sister wants will still be there after Glasgow? Cuz, then maybe it could wait to make sure you've got the funds?

I dunno, I'm running on empty myself these days. Spending extra cashy money on yarn to make more hats. Though I found this gorgeous hand dyed cotton yarn the other day that I'm going to use to make something for my aunt for her birthday in May.

Apparently someone in the government there opposes live music in clubs. Where else will up-coming musical talent get themselves noticed?

Live music in clubs is important. most of the best music in the world started in clubs, most of it in the UK. (yes, just my opinion which is often perceived as wrong)

Am I okay, well no, I don't see how an accident could change that . If you mean did I get hurt in the accident, no I'm okay . There's a bit of damage to the car, it'll need to go to the shop.

In fact I had two accidents on the same road, neither of which was my fault. The first had this Animal, (not an animal, those big penis extension Mitsubishi pick-ups) with a right stupid arsehole who I'd like to knock out if I ever meet the C**T. He was driving like an idiot, right up behind this other car, the moment anyone stopped to turn off the road he was leaning on his horn, like someone has no right to turn into their own fucking drive way when this cock is on the road.

Anyway, near my house is a road where people park on the road down one side so it's literally a one lane road to all intents and purposes for a stretch. After this prick nearly caused a couple of accidents the guy up ahead pulled into a drive way, at the time I thought he was parking in his driveway but he was obviously fed up having a maniac hanging off his bumper. So anyway I pulled up behind the man who needs a big car to feel hard which just so happens to be across the drive way the other car had driven into.

And the other car starts reversing, I thought "no he won't, he'll look behind him before he reverses" besides I couldn't go forward or backward.

I was wrong, I realised, when I got the arse end of this car into my passenger door.

So I stopped and we swapped details and I continued up the road to have some idiot in a Mégane driving too fast over to my side of the road and broke my driver side wing mirror. It's still intact and usable, but the mirror has been knocked away from the shroud. I'm just happy this fella's wing mirror was completely ripped off his car, perhaps next time the twat will remember we drive on the LEFT in this country.

For the first time in what seems like months, I dreamt. I recall several brief ones. One involved moving to Florida, One a change at work, one meeting someone famous that I respect, and another being at the beach. I don't tend to get excited over the beach, but it was pleasant in the dream. I wish I knew what caused these, I miss the dream world.
Not that the real world is unpleasnat.

there must have been a weekend somewhere - i mean it had to end cause a new one has just begun apparently - you can tell because theres a monday.

I don't like mondays.

ordinarliy anyway - this monday was good - i worked the weekend so got it off, so we took my mum too lunch in a nice pub my sister knew, then let her tour a whole new set of charity shops (she absolutley moves them) then went home and i decorated her cake (which basically consisted of taking one wheat and gluten free chocolate cake, covering it with chocolate fudge icing and then piling it high with bits of every kind of chocolate bar we knew she likes and adding pink sprinkles and an icing tiger at my neices request.

then we let her into her room to see the bedding, which was well recieved (we got photo's) and then my brother gave her his presents - a real copy of the chronicles of Narnia which she'd wanted for yonks, and the latest Audioslave album - which she and my neice then played musical statues to.

fun evening!

but then i got very very tired - i don't know why, apart from the chocolate cake (which i didn't even have half a slice of) i've been eating vegetables vegetable vegetables - aren't they meant to be good for you?

but i am, absolutely exhaustaed, so now i'm going to fall asleep in my chair - don't mind me.

OH! one last thing - i finally learned how to spell Queue.

wheeeeeee!

Isn't sanity really a one trick pony, anyway? I mean all you get is one trick, rational thinking! But when you're good and crazy...ooh hoo hoo hoo... the skys the limit!

YAY you!!

Most americans don't know how to spell it, either, so don't worry.

And double yay for your mom's birthday!!

Oh, and, on behalf of cozen, who can't be here at the moment, I feel obliged to stick up for Monday. Poor little Monday. Not it's fault it's the first day of the week.

There, how was that?

yup, that was my weekly achievment - learning a new word. Like i'm five years old again.

My cat hates me!

She scratched her ear and made it gunky, so i cleaned it and looked after it and it was starting to heal and she had good scratch and made it bleed - so i cleaned it up again and then put a collar on her - one of those plastic things?

So now she is plotting to murder me in my bed. I just know it - her and her little cat friends.

That or poo over every inch of carpet she can get too.

I'm not looking forward to waking up tomorrow.

But at least her ear can heal now.

My kitty had to wear a collar after his surgery on his tail. Poor thing, he'd forget his head was too big and try to stick it places he couldn't fit. And then it'd get so heavy he'd drag it on the ground. I felt so bad for him, I could tell he was absolutely miserable.

Why can't she tell us about it, freedom of speech laws haven't been curbed that much in the US already have they?
