I'm not a grad student Causal, only undergrad. If I were doing a postgrad degree it would be called a thesis. I am (for the next two weeks anyway) studying history.

It was great handing it in but that was followed by blind panic as i have no idea what the hell i am going to do now.

No, I'm sorry Deb. I read about your troubles; they sound many. I would help if I could but I haven't had need to recover lost files, and most of my important stuff is kept backed up on a jump drive just in case. Though most of the pic files are backed up rather less traditionally: Photobucket. Thankfully I have no worries that they'll wipe away any of the ones I took myself (they do sweeps for 'copyright infringements' from time to time) so they should all be safe there and I can always get them again if anything nasty gets to my comp, which I take great pains to avoid.
Waaaa! *is glomped* Hi! Yeah, I've not been around much I know. And no, new job is not going well for me; I quit today. Monday sees me skimming the classifieds, talking to employment agencies, and getting my old school records so I can finish my school and financial aid apilication stuff. Should be a fun time. It's good to see you again! I should really get on myspace; I've let it go for more than two weeks now.
Odd that you could see my pic but not hers, Jimi. We're both using the bucket. The feds don't seem very thorough
I think maybe I should declare my support of firstie pic being seperate from firstie post. Being as I start all of these and everything...

Yeah, ditto. I find photoshop to be simpler (even though I find a new tool like every week) and since I have photoshop I haven't tried to work with Gimp much.

Back to the pictures! Me after the hardest (not in the good way) sweatiest (also not in the good way) and most hellish (definitely not in the good forsakeny way) week of my life:



(the hunt for a less crappy job starts Monday)

And no, the slight color in my face is not a flaw or effect; I got slightly burned a couple days ago. You have no idea how weird it is to not be ghostly pale anymore. It's especially obvious on my arms, which catch me by surprise on a regualr basis with their flush/tan.

*looks through three years of photos....sadly realizes that I have NO photos of myself with an animal...picks up girlfriend's hamster for posed webcam photo...gets bit my dumb rat (no lie, this all happened)...give up and types this lame excuse for not having a photo*

Well, I'm back from my most awesome of concerts. I had such a great time! What an kickass time! Well, apart from getting hit in the face by a slightly over exasperated mosher. Kinda hurt, but it's a badge of honor I guess, lol...




I'll upload the rest to photobucket later, I'm actually quite tired.

Oh, Roxy! Poor dear. I've stayed away from concerts with mosh pits since I went to Godsmack and quite possibly had my ribs bruised against the bar in front of the stage.

*snickers at BTF's older sister pic* Ah, that odd sense of humour from across the pond

Ooooooooh, ming huai, I adore it! Have I mentioned how cute you are? And those effects are very interesting. Little harsh in places, but the flare is soooo very shiny, and the softened look is very dream-like.
