Got in more than just one set today.

EDIT: Got in about an hour or so of walking today. Not exactly pleasant as the temp was 29 degrees!

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

Ok people. Finally got off my butt and back into the workout routine. Had that car accident and the months of physical therapy afterwards, but then I fell off the wagon. Didn't really put on much weight, but I wasn't really exercising much either.

Anyway, I am back to watching what I eat now. Only one small serving of multigrain bread a day, limiting sugars as much as possible, staying away from fats and limiting portions.

Been walking like crazy. Putting in 5-6 miles per day over the last week. Also back to working out with the weights.

Glad to see so many browncoats keeping up with the program.

Thanks! I'm glad to get off my lazy butt and get back into it.

Put in 5 more miles yesterday walking. Did a workout at home (since I had to let my gym membership go). The new Bowflex is working pretty well.

An hour of kickboxing, then an hour extreme fitness class. Have been missing some workouts and will be heading out of town for 10 days next weekend so wanted to get back into it.

Howdy to Browncoat1. Good to have the workout buddies. I've never been much into gym equipment and wouldn't have room for a Bowflex but I think whatever gets you moving is good.

Made it to a morning kickboxing class (1 hour) then spent another hour cutting grass.

The weather here was sunny but very comfortable (75-ish). Lovely indeed after several days of storms. We'll get hit with the humidy soon, too.

Didn't get in any walking Sunday due to the remains of Tropical Storm Barry dumping rain on us for 12 + hours.

I did get in 8 miles on Saturday though! Worked out with the 'Flex for fourty minutes.
