BROWNCOAT1

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

Did 3.68 miles at lunch on Friday, and another 4.1 after supper. Did three sets of fifty crunch situps. Did four sets of thirty five push ups.

Saturday we walked 5.11 miles at the park.

Sunday we put in 3.4 miles walking our dog.

BROWNCOAT1

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

Put in 4.23 miles at lunch yesterday enjoying the dip in temperature to 82 degrees and low humidity.

Did another 2.78 miles after supper.

35 minutes on the 'Flex.

Did 4.15 miles at lunch yesterday. Did another 3.6 miles after supper.

Still can't hit that 10 miles a day mark. Just not enough free time to dedicate to the walking. *sighs*

Got in 4.18 miles at lunch yesterday. Put in another 3.61 miles after supper for a total of 7.79 miles yesterday! Slowly crawling towards that 10 mile / day mark.

Did 30 minutes on the 'Flex, took a shower and promptly dropped dead asleep.
