May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

Got in a 3.01 mile walk at lunch yesterday. Too Hot! 101 degrees and humidity of 62%. Ugh!

Managed 2.64 after supper when it was only 92 degrees & high humidity.

Is it winter time yet?

GOTTHAMMER

Brisk walked for 2 hours yesterday w/ my pack (around 30 lbs.). Did stretching/warm up and some push ups prior. Slightly humid, but I started late in the early evening so it was kinda cool already.

Slow week. That and I've been too lazy to post the past few weeks (or months...), but its basically the same the past few weeks: tai chi in the morning during weekdays, arnis after tai chi (twice a week), and a once a week walk/march w/ pack. Hopefully I can up the pace this week...

Hey all, first time in this thread, and I realized I could stand to drop a few pounds/get back into shape. Figured with other Browncoats doing the same, I can develop some good habits, rather than more bad ones

Now, to kick this off right... walked a mile and a half last night after work.
