So, I finally fell hardandfast for Firefly. Bit late, I know, forgive me. Still, better late than never, and rest assured I am a flan! I came right off from watching all the episode DVDs straight to the computer to find a fansite to join. So hello everyone.

Ordered Serenity online, still waiting on it to show up in my mailbox and bestow all its gloriousness upon me, but currently having withdrawals as I wait impatiently to finally receive something of a conclusion to the story that was ended waaaay before its time.

I'm babbling right now because I've just watched several hours straight of Firefly and I'm still in that jittery-weird stage I'm sure most of you were in the first time you saw OiS.

Anyway, yes, I'm Sarah and I'm a FF addict.

Glad you're here, Sarah - keep coming back! Here's a (totally UNoffical and certainly non-canonical) Serenity chip. What ya do is, if you ever feel like watching just some total crap television, put this chip under your tongue, and if it melts...you get to watch an episode of CSI:Miami. And - oh, yeah - let go, let Joss!

Yeah, cross (LOL). When we can't get more FF!
Heavily Whedonverse-y here: Buffy, Angel, FF,
plus sci fi, and CSI-fi, and anything done by
Big Damn Heroes and other "grads" of the Whedon
series, including writers & other talent.
So if you see Alan Tudyk, for example, in
something you can discuss it here. Or if you
see a writing credit for Jane Espenson.
And like that...

Oh, and we love *both* our Captains.
A couple-three years ago we were putting PotC
lines in the Caption contests.

Always nice to see a new face. Some of these old ones get a bit scary after awhile... just kidding.

Any roads, welcome to the addiction. Keep a mindful eye out for reavers or that crazy lady from Live Journal... she's worse actually.

Joss' 'verse has roped quite a many of us and I can speak from nearly three years experience now that it just won't fade to the back of your mind like most other shows will. I find myself referencing the show on a weekly if not daily basis. And humming the theme during the stressful moments in my life.
