entertaining piece of conversation I had
with my neighbor at about 3 am.

She: "I just wanted to give you a heads up, theres a rodent in the basement, so don't go down there. It's as big as a chihuahua. No, its as big as a mutant chihuahua!"

Me: "Like mutant puppy chihuahau or full grown mutant chihuahua?"

She: "No, like a chihuahua but twice as big and all greyish black and scary looking."

Me: "So not like a chihuahua at all then?"

She: "That's why I said mutant!"

So how come all the singing stopped? It's almost 10 am and I'm still awake.
