If ONLY Art Asylum/Diamond Select would do for Serenity what they did for Enterprise!!!

Anyway- GEEKOUTTIME!!!!!

I gave a tribble to my Son, & a new copy of Serenity to my Bro-in-law.

What'd y'all get/give in the way of geekdom?

Ahh, nice ship Chris.

I've lost interest in Xmas, as one tends to do when they get older, but the present exchange still happens, and we get together for a casual meal.

I got mainly gift cards (it's all the rage, gift cards) but one thing I did get, which makes me happy, a copy of Army of Darkness. Ah that chin.... man. Have yet to watch it.

Well, Mrs NOBC did buy me the Big Damn Blue Ray set, and we went out and bought a Blue-Ray player, so we've had some days of entertainment, and some difficulties- gonna be a rant about that soon...

That is one cool looking pressie.

Where'd you get the Tribble from?
I'm sure I could find one if I looked but I'm feeling laxy right now.
I don't do models but I do collect 1:1 scale prop replicas and I was given a TOS era phaser which is cool and the Joker's knife from The Dark Knight. Plus assorted Blu-rays etc.

STEGASAURUS

I got the official Red Rider carbine action, 200 shot, range model BB gun with a compass in the stock and this thing which tells time. I was SOOOOOOOO jazzed!!!

And then I shot my eye out...

On the plus side, I get to look like a pirate all year long instead of just on Halloween!

Hee hee! On a serious note, I actually got the StarWars Turbo Tank and enough clone toorpers to fill it. On a kinda sad note (and yes quite selfish) my wife gave my other present to her son for a birthday present. It was one of the new model Tie Interceptors from Hasbro. She was mad at me and also wanted to make sure she gave more presents than her parents or brother to her son. *shrug*

Anywho... I also got a cool new laptop (which is why I'm not so upset about the toy). I got her the Amazon Kindle DX. Also got my daughter a new laptop, and my son was laden with toys/clothes/stuff! :)

As far as the material things go, I think everyone had a great Christmas.
