I think humans have been perverted for a long time, you would see tales about Arabs or heard of something terrible a muslim did in news... and read stories of them abusing animals. Rather than be with the ok normal human guy, she decides to have a relationship or sex with this thing that looks like a monster? and all those Phallic Candle Sex Toy symbolism in a children's movie? they remade the 'Fairytale' as a 2017 Live Action film wit the Harry Potter girl. She ignores they man who can provide for her a war veteran, she joins the monster guy who kidnapped her father, the film or story tries to send you on this stockholm syndrome journey....pure trash to twist the minds of kids? Or just some weirdo French fantasy story that made it into the mainstream??

There is something about magic and a 'spell' broken which makes it less icky less gross and weird than all those Greek stories about sex with animals?

Jefferson Airplane seemed to be Anti-Hunting but I dont know if they were serious or it just happened to be some ideas that got into their minds after whatever thing they drank or stuff they were smoking at the time. Paul McCartney used to sing animal rights songs also "Long Leather Coat" but mayeb that was his wife who was more into Activism
