Hey!
I'm currently working my way through the Dresden Files series by Jim Butcher and was wondering if any of you had any thoughts or opinions on it (quite likely knowing this site). I'm currently up to 'Grave Peril', thats book three.
Feel free to share.

I may wear brown but theres a little purple mixed in there to.

Hey hey!!! Great series... talked my dad into reading them!!!

I ended up buying all of them, I've been holding on to Barnes & Noble gift cards from christmas for many MANY years now, not finding anything I wanted to spend them on... then I noticed the Dresden Files at Barnes & Noble one day, and, remembering I liked the TV show, and that some 'coats here suggested reading the books (as they were better) I picked up the first two... I tore through them in a day and a half, and went back to the store the day I finished book 2, and bought another 4... and so on, and so on... lol, I am awaiting the newest book in the series, but I don't know when it's due out... hopefully my dad will have finished the series by then (he's a very slow reader

) so that I can convince him to buy us the newest one, seeing as my gift cards are out, and I had to pay full price for the most recent (hardcover) one

Yeah, great series though, we should start a book descussion... It would give me an excuse to go and re-read the first few books again

WHISPER

I started reading those books about 4 years ago. I got into them by hearing that James Marsters (Spike!) read the audiobook. I never got the audiobook but it piqued my interest in the series. Ordered book 1 and never looked back. The books were EXTREMELY hard to find at first, not many booksellers carried them. It was only recently, i think with the development of the tv show, that the books became more widespread.

Anyway, yes, I absolutely adore these books. They are great fun to read. Though I wish Harry and Murphy would just get on with it already!

There's always fan fiction, Whisper.

Became a drooling addict a few months ago and never looked back. Only a year or so until the next book...
