Goodbye, kind world (George Monbiot) - In common with all those generations which have contemplated catastrophe, we appear to be incapable of understanding what confronts us.

If only you could address anything of real importance about Hillary.

SAGAN: We are releasing vast quantities of carbon dioxide, increasing the greenhouse effect. It may not take much to destabilize the Earth's climate, to convert this heaven, our only home in the cosmos, into a kind of hell.

"Her husband raped a woman in 1979 ..."

Who was that woman? And was Clinton convicted in a court of law? I don't seem to remember that.

"... is that important?"

To the policies Hillary would pursue as president, which I consider vital to evaluating her as a candidate?

No.

Now if you could show me she has deep and enduring ties with the neo-con deep state, actively supports trade deals that destroy the environment and US jobs, supports bankvestment malfeasance, wants the build the pipeline and drill in the Arctic, is only interested in paying lip service regarding our privacy and other important topics - I'd pay attention.

So - you don't know?

Also he STILL wasn't convicted of anything.

And finally, I did look it up. There were a few women who made various claims, none of which could be verified except Lewinsky's. But Lewinsky didn't claim rape. And it wasn't 1979.

Aaannnd back to the question - who are you talking about?

I was born in 1979! Yay!

If somehow you mean that Bill raped Hillary in 1979, that's the worst case of Stockholm Syndrome ever on the books there. ;)

Do Right, Be Right. :)

Juanita Broaddrick was 1978. No wonder I couldn't find what you were referring to.

And - let me repeat this one more time - Clinton wasn't convicted. And because the woman never went to the police, no charges were even filed. There was no report, no arrest, no charges, no trial, no conviction. And there's the principle of innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. In the US, anyway.

Just like 'G' and kpo, you sure are careless with what you accept as 'fact'.

Soooo - anyway - what does this non-fact have to do with Hillary's future policies as president?
