Maybe your next senseless claim is that those 13 all work in the White House.

Burying the lead again?
The AG's announcement clearly stated that no American was involved with, nor even aware of these activities. And no discernable effect upon the Election occurred.
Yet only by ignoring these 2 key points could second drill down to the irrelevant.
Are ALL of these indicted forever located in Russia, having never set foot in America? Or only some of them?

But this is the thread about No Evidence of Trump Collusion, so no big surprise about deflecting from the subject.

It sounds like the only Collusion that was found was Russians with Liberal Social Media, and with the Campaign Arm of DNC (aka MainStreamMedia).

Still not an ounce of Trump Collusion.

Mueller indicted another today. An assistant to the deputy aide of the assistant deputy acting aide of somebody, person nor charge having anything remotely to do with Trump, Russia, or Collusion.

Next up: some deputy assistant aide will be indicted for speeding, or jaywalking, or littering, or uncouth language.

All those high-powered ANTI-TRUMP lawyers Mueller hired must have SOMETHING to do.

Hello JewelStaiteFan, you lying sack of shit. A European lawyer pleaded guilty Tuesday to lying to investigators in Robert Mueller's special counsel investigation, after he covered up his discussions with former Trump campaign aide Rick Gates and a business associate based in Ukraine in September 2016, while the Trump campaign operation was in full swing.

John Gotti was tried three times by federal and state officials, but was acquitted each time, earning him the nickname "The Teflon Don." It turned out that the trials had been compromised by witness intimidation, juror misconduct, and jury tampering. Gotti's flamboyance, however, proved to be his undoing. The FBI had managed to bug an apartment above his headquarters in the Ravenite Social Club in Little Italy, where an elderly widow let mobsters hold top-level meetings. Gotti was heard planning criminal activities and complaining about his underlings. In particular, he complained about Gravano, portraying him as a "mad dog" killer. Gravano responded by turning state's evidence and testifying against Gotti and other members of the family. Gotti and consigliere Frank "Frankie Loc" LoCascio were convicted on all charges on April 2, 1992, largely on the strength of Gravano's testimony, and sentenced to life without parole.

Regardless what Mueller finds it is Trumps fault all this is happening. He does one thing after the other that implies guilt. His attacks on our democratic institutions and allies, coupled with his refusal to hold Russia accountable for anything, has raised red flags on a multitude of issues.

He is also single handily responsible for shining a light onto his families corrupt business dealing. He will be solely responsible for their downfall as well.

And still, No Evidence.
Finger pointing does not count.

Late on Friday night, Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe. The official reason is that he “lacked candor” during an investigation about contacts with the media during the 2016 campaign. The Inspector General's (IG) report making this charge was not released, which means that no one can say for sure what evidence it contains.

Not releasing the IG report is not an accident. It is not a secret document. It was deliberately kept secret to obscure the fact that the charges against McCabe are completely unfounded and the investigation of McCabe has been bogus from the start. The whole thing was the result of Donald Trump’s search for someone to attack during the campaign. This eventually morphed into President Trump’s search for a scapegoat to explain his loss of the popular vote, which in turn morphed into an insane jihad against the entire leadership of the FBI.

Can I prove this? Of course not. That’s the whole point of withholding the IG report. But everyone in Washington is well aware of how this has unfolded. Everyone is well aware of Trump’s insane obsession with getting revenge on his enemies, both real and perceived. Everyone knows what the McCabe vendetta is about.

At this point, to pretend that we don’t know this — maybe McCabe really did seriously breach the rules, we’ll have to wait and see — is little more than a knee-jerk veneration of faux evenhandedness. It is an attempt to remain willfully ignorant when everyone knows what’s happening.

As with the Nunes memo, here’s what I have to say: This entire investigation was bogus. The charges against McCabe are bogus. He did nothing wrong. The whole affair is part of a pathological vendetta begun by the president of the United States. Eventually all the evidence will become public and this is how it will turn out. We should all stop pretending otherwise.

With his level of paranoia I wouldn't be surprised, OR he thinks his base is so stupid that they will believe that, OR both ... it feels so right that you have joined the Fox & Friends team ... I'll wait because I know it's going to just get better ... (Nobody from Team Trump?) Not yet - but - don't you see the reason for that? ... I love how Trump idiots can't even guess at the future of this ... (Mueller's) like a zen gardner ... Don Jr. - make sure you chant "no collusion" when they crack him like an egg ... how many Trump True Believers think there's no collusion because Mueller didn't release his findings within a week of being assigned. They don't seem to understand ...
"Could Donald J. Trump get a Top Secret background clearance?" Hell no. His financial records would be scanned with a fine tooth comb, so that for one would exclude him. ... There is a mountain of there there ... There are ways to find out what a legal body like Mueller's may be up to/is up to without it necessarily coming from someone inside. ...

So anyway ... anyone up for a rational, fact-based, and civil discussion about the topic?

What a stretch.

Keeping your blindfold on while also grasping for some purchase. Complete failure of Intellectual Honesty (understanding the opposing viewpoint).

And, Still No Evidence. Funny how the only leaks from the SC and Grand Jury are rumors favorable to the Witch Hunt.

Still no evidence that Trump paid his taxes. Every Presidential Candidate back to the beginning of income taxes made their returns publicly available. Except Trump.
www.taxhistory.org/www/website.nsf/web/presidentialtaxreturns

That is thousands of pages of missing evidence, missing because Trump wants it to stay missing. And Trump said "Believe Me, I will release my tax returns" then he gave us nothing to believe. Sure thing, Trump, that's as dishonest as possible.

Why seeing Trump’s tax returns really matters.

Trump made an offhand remark at the first presidential debate that made people wonder if the real estate tycoon pays any tax at all. But that’s just one part of the equation. David Cay Johnston joins economics correspondent Paul Solman to make sense of Trump's taxes and why it matters.

Basically, your videos say this: Trump was never charged with doing anything illegal, and nothing he's done regarding his returns is illegal. But since he won't show them, he must be guilty.

By that logic, Hillary is guilty because she forensically scrubbed 33,000 "private" emails off of her private server after being ordered to retain them. (And that's not even counting the fact that she wasn't supposed to be using a private server for government business.)

1kiki, at Frys the employee standing at the exit wants to see a receipt and compare it to the merchandise in the shopping bag. Trump is the "customer" who refuses to show store security his receipt. It would be proper to treat Trump as a thief, especially if he runs out the door or shouts about his rights. Frys Security suspects Trump is a shoplifter and all without the proof until they knock Trump down in the parking lot, sit on him, and then check if he paid.

There would be less drama at Frys if only Trump would show his receipt. But no. Trump has to turn everything into a multiyear standoff involving the local police in Frys parking lot rather than a 10 second transaction at the exit door. And all because Trump won't show his receipt like every other customer and like every other Presidential Candidate.

Here is something sneaky and self-serving that Trump did on Saturday to make it appear as if he is innocent:

In a series of blistering tweets Saturday, President Trump falsely asserted that the House Intelligence Committee has concluded there was no collusion between his presidential campaign and Russia.

Mr. Trump in his tweets lashed out at his perceived foes tied to the Russia investigation and exulted in the firing of FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe, once a leader of the bureau's investigation into Hillary Clinton's email practices. The FBI's decision not to pursue criminal charges against Clinton infuriated Trump at the time, and still does.

TRUMP: "As the House Intelligence Committee has concluded, there was no collusion between Russia and the Trump Campaign. As many are now finding out, however, there was tremendous leaking, lying and corruption at the highest levels of the FBI, Justice & State." -- tweet.

THE FACTS: He's wrong. That conclusion came from Republicans on the committee; it was not a committee finding. Democrats on the committee sharply dispute the Republican conclusions and will issue their own.

Whatever the findings of the committee, special counsel Robert Mueller is leading the key investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election and Russian contacts with the Trump campaign. The probe has produced a number of charges and convictions, none to date alleging criminal collusion. But Mueller continues to explore whether collusion occurred and whether Mr. Trump or others may have obstructed justice.

Mr. Trump did not specify what he meant in accusing the agencies of corruption. McCabe was fired in advance of an inspector general's report that's expected to conclude he was not forthcoming about matters related to the FBI investigation of Clinton's emails.

Working off the IP address, U.S. investigators identified Guccifer 2.0, the supposed lone hacker of Democratic National Committee emails, as a particular GRU officer working out of the agency’s headquarters on Grizodubovoy Street in Moscow.

On one occasion, Guccifer failed to activate the VPN client before logging on. As a result, he left a real, Moscow-based Internet Protocol address in the server logs of an American social media company, according to a source familiar with the government’s Guccifer investigation.

Trump confidante Roger Stone has admitted to conversations with Guccifer 2.0. Did Stone know that he was a GRU agent? I’ll bet Robert Mueller is trying to find out.

I will also bet Mueller wants to see Trump's income tax returns, but has not yet.

As the story said: Guccifer was connecting through an anonymizing service called Elite VPN, a virtual private networking service that had an exit point in France but was headquartered in Russia. But on one occasion, Guccifer failed to activate the VPN client before logging on. It is a big deal to go from knowing only that Guccifer is somewhere in Eurasia to knowing Guccifer's street address and office cubical number in Moscow. Mueller has already indicted a dozen Russians by their real names. Guccifer could be next. Obviously, Putin will once again say that he will never extradite Guccifer.

Where's the "proof" that he failed to use the VPN on that single instance?

Perhaps the VPN just spoofed a Russian address that particular time?

I'm not sure you understand what a VPN is or what it claims to do. Just because the one he is using is headquartered in Russia doesn't mean that he's from Russia. I could sign up for a VPN headquartered in Zimbabwe today if I so wanted to.

The fact is, a VPN won't hide you from Big Brother.

All it really allows you to do is be more anonymous from casual users like you and I. It's good for getting back into things like Vimeo or Reddit or Discord if you've been given a permanent IP ban. The CIA already knew where Guccifer 2.0 was posting from many, many months ago even if he had his VPN turned on every time.

It is like the story about where is the proof that Putin shot down Flight MH17 with a Russian-built Buk missile?

y-russian-built-buk-missile-dutch-report-says-idUSKCN0S71C820151013

Putin started by saying no plane was shot down with a Russian weapon, but if one was, he was very sorry that Ukraine would do such a thing. Then he went to saying Russians didn’t shoot it down. Then he went to saying he didn’t order it shot down and you can’t prove he did, so there! Then Putin stuck his tongue out, daring anybody to shoot him dead.

6ix, nothing makes sense when you don't want to understand, does it? With Flight MH17, Putin denied all evidence that he was involved with claims of 'fake news' and 'where's the evidence I gave the order?' Trump is doing the same as Putin, but with a hundred times more frequency and a thousand times less dignity. Putin could not fire the Dutch investigators of MH17, who worked for a year and a half, but Trump can fire Mueller and his investigators, who haven't worked for even a year on a case more complicated than a missile hitting a plane. The only thing stopping Trump from ending the search for evidence, call the evidence pieces of wreckage, is the consequences to Trump in the next election.

Not likely. More like they could get a subpoena to get the logs from the VPN service IF they keep them. Some don't, or at least claim they don't. That's kind of the whole point of a vpn - as I'm sure you know - is to remain invisible on the 'net, so that's why many providers feature "no logs." Guccifer is savvy enough to have ways to surf well concealed vpn or not. I agree that suggesting he might have accidentally forgot to log in sounds like a stretch, but still plausible.

Originally posted by 6IXSTRINGJACK: "Where's the "proof" that he failed to use the VPN on that single instance?"

Could be they tracked his 'net activity such as posts online, etc., to specific accounts but always got different ips, and then oops - a Russian ip pops up from a known location. We'll never know of course, not with absolute certainty.

Originally posted by 6IXSTRINGJACK: "Perhaps the VPN just spoofed a Russian address that particular time?"

VPN providers (if he didn't use his own which is a big question) typically have their own servers and I highly suspect even if they didn't, that NONE of them would ever use ANY Russian ips - not in this day and age. There's anonymous and there's anonymous but stupid.

6ix, you did not even click the links before you started spouting denials. You don't truthfully know what you are pretending to know. And then you get all puffed up with pride in yourself, which is more than a bit like Trump and Putin. Nothing you three say can be trusted based only on your words. And I never changed the true subject: Big men like Putin and Trump being uncooperative, obstructive, and dishonest. They tell make believe stories about themselves and try to prevent investigations from being completed. They don't need itty-bitty 6ix's help or encouragement to do this since it comes natural to them. That's how they got to their lofty positions.

“Hypothetically, a president could be hallucinating and running on the White House lawn buck naked, screaming ‘Bring me my nuclear codes!’ and the new rule would continue to gag professionals from speaking up,” said Howard Covitz, a Philadelphia psychoanalyst and former director of the Institute for Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy, pointing out that the Goldwater Rule, as it now stands, has no limits.

Notwithstanding the above, when asked if he had ever seen or heard a candidate for the presidency who was as grandiose in stating his unique self-importance, Dr. Jeffrey Lieberman, chairman of psychiatry at Columbia University’s medical school said: “Not in an American candidate.” Asked what world leaders might match Trump for mania, internationally or historically, he offered only two competitors: Italy’s hyper-narcissistic former president, Silvio Berlusconi, and the fascist Benito Mussolini.

“Manic personalities are imbued with a sense of self-importance, grandiosity, and mission,” Dr. Lieberman said. Dr. Lieberman elaborated on the fragmented thinking process of a person suffering from mania. They jump from subject to subject, not following a line of logical reasoning, no thematic consistency. They need less sleep, or don’t sleep at all.

The average person doesn’t need a Ph.D. to peg Trump in ordinary words as “a raging, overbearing, egotistical, obnoxious boor,” as professor Lieberman observed. But what goes on in the brain of a manic temperament is more dangerous than just obnoxious. “There is a biochemical disturbance in a part of their brain that involves regulating moods,” Lieberman said. “Instead of being able to re-stabilize a highly emotional state, they remain in a period of excess. That state can persist for days, weeks, or even months.”

This sounds like a dead ringer description of the state of Trump’s mind in recent months as he sleeps less and tweets more—up to as many as a dozen times a day—to create a perpetual disarray in government and a constant distraction from what he most fears.

Speaking of which, Trump has repeatedly been asked to make his tax returns publicly available, as do all Presidential candidates. Before election, he was going to, but not today, maybe tomorrow. After election, he has never given a sane answer to why the returns must be secret. Speculation is that Trump is either insane or a tax-cheating, Russian-bribe-taking criminal, which is a perfectly sane reason to keep his returns a big, fat secret.

Speaking of which, Clinton has repeatedly been asked to make his health record available for professional review, as do all Presidential candidates. Speculation is that BJ Clinton is insane from syphilis.
Speaking of which, Obama has repeatedly been asked to make his Birth Certificate publicly available, as do all Presidential candidates. Only after enough years for CIA document forgers to fabricate an adequate facsimile was one presented.

Trump said he was releasing his tax returns, starting at 1 minute, 25 sec. Then he didn't.

Trump: "Obama was born in the United States. Period."

But before Trump said, "Obama was born in the United States. Period," Trump was saying the opposite:

Former President Jimmy Carter told CBS' "Sunday Morning" that, regardless of whether Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation of Russian interference in the U.S. election should uncover evidence of law-breaking on the part of the president, he would prefer President Donald Trump not be impeached.

"You know, I have confidence in the American system of government," he told "Sunday Morning" host Jane Pauley. "I think ultimately the restraints on a president from the Congress and from the Supreme Court will be adequate to protect our nation, if he serves a full term."

"And I think he will serve a full term unless the special investigator, Mr. Mueller, brings some criminal charges against him."

"What do you think the odds of that are?" asked Pauley.

"I don't have any idea," Mr. Carter replied. "I think Mueller's been very successful in keeping his cards close to his vest and not revealing any plans. But my wish is that Mr. Mueller would go ahead and make a decision, even if it's not anything personally that President Trump has done to violate the law; then I think he ought to make that obvious. And if he has violated the law, that ought to be revealed as well."

"But my own preference would be that he not be impeached, but that he be able to serve out his term, because I think he wants to do a good job. And I'm willing to help him, if I can help him, and give him the benefit of the doubt."

I should have more respect for the elderly, but having been around so many for so many years all I can think of is: what a sap.
