Yes, yes, I know. Libtards and logic are mutually exclusive. But let's pretend that they were not logic-challenged.

To start off at this point, we could look at the sequence of Packing the Supreme Court, and the Anti-Constitutional deletion of The Electoral College.

Clearly, we must first Pack SCOTUS before we can proceed with Anti-Constitutionalist goals like deleting The Electoral College.

Perhaps other Libtard Anti-Constitutionalist goals will also need prerequisite steps, but for now it looks like Opening the Southern Border and recruiting Criminal Illegal Alien Invaders does not - yet - have prerequisite steps.

What else is needed to seed the way for other Libtard plans?
Why are the Libtards holding back? They've already controlled Government for 80 days.

Other concerns to fit into the timeline include:

Statehood for D.C. - which is also Anti-Constitutional.

Statehood for Puerto Rico - which is not Constitutionally prohibitted, but appears to be against the wishes of Puerto Ricans.

My guess is that the people really running that clown show know that none of it is going to happen.

Shit or get off the pot, I believe is the appropriate phrase.

Supreme Court Packing Update:

ill-to-expand-supreme-court-to-the-floor

Quote:

1. Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said Thursday she has "no plans" to bring a Democratic-led bill to expand the Supreme Court to the House floor for a vote, while saying such an idea is "not out of the question."

Pelosi was asked during a press briefing if she supported a bill brought forward by House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.) to expand the Supreme Court by four seats and if she would bring it to the House floor.

"No. I support the president's commission to study such a proposal, but frankly I'm not — right now, we're back, our members, our committees are working. We're putting together the infrastructure bill and the rest," Pelosi said.

Quote:

2. Biden has so far not stated whether he would support expanding the Supreme Court. Debate over adding more seats has grown since the expedited nomination and confirmation of Justice Amy Coney Barrett.

During an interview on "60 Minutes" last year, Biden said he was "not a fan" of the idea, though he did add at the time that his administration would study Supreme Court reform beyond expansion.

Quote:

3. Justice Stephen Breyer, one of three liberal Supreme Court justices remaining, said in a prepared speech at Harvard Law School that expanding the court would damage its influence and make it seem more political.

The justice said that the Supreme Court's authority depends on “a trust that the court is guided by legal principle, not politics."

Alas, this was not necessarily a case of Pelosi standing on principle: She specifically said she had no firm opinion on the merits of the proposal and that “it’s an idea that should be considered.” Instead, the speaker merely wants to punt the idea to the new commission on court-packing created by President Joe Biden, which is obviously intended to give a patina of legitimacy to what is in truth a wholly abominable scheme.

Pelosi is a calculating politician. She can read polls. She knows that by as much as a nearly 2-to-1 margin, the public opposes the very idea of court-packing. She knows that the same public that gives Congress only a 35% approval rating consistently gives the Supreme Court a clear majority of support and thus doesn’t trust Congress to monkey with the court’s makeup. She knows it would be politically suicidal for her slim Democratic House majority to push court-packing now, or at least until a bogus commission has worked with a compliant media to change long-standing public opinion on the subject.

No Russians post here. I got proof of that when I farmed your IP address.

If everything else you say everyday and the way you behave yourself didn't discredit every opinion you had, that tired line certainly would.

I keep hearing that the Libtards are demanding that Libtard Breyer resign, because he is not Libtard enough to support Court-packing.

I don't understand why they aren't pushing for CA to split into 2 States. I can understand not splitting into 3 or more - Libtards would lose Senate seats.

I think North and South California would still stay Democrats all around.
But Coastal and Inland California would be a different matter, Inland would not be Libtard.
