Back to the grind today. Today it's just chores and yardwork. Tomorrow the handyman will come by and finish the irrigation manifold, yay! But that won't keep me from doing more yardwork.

Wednesday I have plans to go out for a late T-day/ B-day get together. Was supposed to be yesterday, but ... still recovering. So we thought Tuesday, but Tuesday Mr Handyman will be here. And, still recovering. By Wednesday I hope we'll be ready for a nice restaurant meal. Since I can't taste anything, the food doesn't matter. But I like to be out with people enjoying themselves.

Chicken wings and brussel sprouts is on the menu for tonight and there will be chicken wings left over for tomorrow.

I finished up my left overs of pork sausages yesterday with tomato sauce and some pasta.

Sun is out but it is getting cold out. Brrr.

Brrr! Cold and snowy at my sis's. I asked her to send me a picture in case I'm tempted to complain about the weather.
Of course, if you want to get rid of cold, wet weather send it our way!

I went out with the idea I was gonna complete digging Bermuda grass out from the far corner of the lot. But I derailed myself by getting irked by the Bermuda grass growing out from under the front walkway. I started digging grass from under the edge of the pavers, and when I realized I was lifting them up, I just said "the hell with it" and just starting lifting them up all the way. I only managed to do five, and of course I have to go back and level them perfectly. In the meantime I put an orange caution cone on the loosened pavers, just in case.

Time to make dinner.
