Yup, it was. The sports reporters talked to people in Toronto who actually watched the whooooole game. It apparently set a record because of its length. Both teams used every player in their dugouts which was 44 for each side, something like 19 pitchers.

The stats for the one game were incredible.

Crazy... Especially for fans who went there to drink. Don't they cut you off by the 6th inning or something now?

How empty was that stadium by the time the game finally ended 2 or 3 hours after it should have?

It is. The longest game was recorded in 1981 at 33 innings.

I don't know about in the arena but sports bars were happy. Think a lot stayed open for the duration.

To me it sounded like a lot of people stayed for the whole game. That would have been a feat for sure.

But I am out for refills on my meds. Suppose to be cold and dry today. Umbrella ia ready though. And afternoon mah jong for me.

The Jays just beat the Dodgers tonight. Jays 6 - Dodgers 1. This was game 5. Game 6 will be played in Toronto.

. They are back in the game.
