Only i never lied. It was a mistake . 40% of tax payers don't pay federal income taxes, not 95% . ( We're close to 1/2 of all tax payers not having to pay fed income taxes, which is a goal of the Left, but I digress ) No oxymoron inherent in my statement, what so ever.
