Okay, here: when you quote someone (Me, for example), don't piggyback right on the end, give it a space or two before your stuff- you start typing your stuff right on the end of what you quote & it messes it up. Also, try to get rid of extra [ b ]'s or [ /b ]'s; they make your type fade like as what you quoted, makin' it difficult to see where your quote ends & where your actual response begins.
