Irreverence and mockery, are, I think, a key part of dealing with the political world.

You can't take these guys seriously, you do that, then they start taking themselves seriously, and THAT, folks, leads to all manner of trouble.

Besides, sacred cows make great cheeseburgers.

An overload of ACCESS to Information is a good thing, IMHO. I am fully capable and willing to act as my own filter, without needing to rely upon the mainstreamliberalmedia to decide what i should know and not know.

I am perfectly willing to wade through information even if is not "user-friendly" as long as it is unfilitered. I consider unfiltered info to be superior to more "user-friendly" communications, which is made for those too lazy and complacent to pay attention to the things they should keep track of.

The information revolution resulting from the internet access is nothing but enlightening, for those who wish to gain knowledge. It is horrific for those who need to control the distribution and filtering of knowledge - case in point might be Dan Blather.

Lemme sum that up for ya,

"It's easy when you filter it down to only what you want to hear that fits your little plastic bubble world without ever endangering it to the sharp edges of reality"

Are we done with the sock puppetry now ?

Cause you just majorly gave yourself away with that one - not that folks didn't already know anyhow, but there's no sense in pretending anymore at this point.

Information...bah!
Knowledge...bah!

What good is all that? Just fills up and fogs your brain with stuff you can't do anything about. Makes you miserable over things that don't concern or affect you. Life is better when you just simply have some friends over and roll a fat one, watch Firefly on your widescreen, order in Hawaiian pizza, and wash it down with cold beer.

A great exchange from a great movie: " Do you care that The Roman Empire is going to fall? Fuck it!"

I just wanted people to get the concept of the site before they wandered over here:

Did you know that spoiler brackets don't make a link invisible? Be Forewarned!
