I don't subscribe to the basic assumption required for the question.

Government cannot stop crime because government *IS* crime.

Besides which, askin ME that question is as irrelevant as askin whether I am protestant or catholic, cause it involves the assumption that I'd be, yanno, christian, and I'm not.

So the question to ME reads as thus:
"Is your criminal behavior towards your fellow man sanctioned by the State or not ?"

I am neither cop nor criminal, since for the question to apply to me it would require me to play a game I walked away from the table of years and years ago.

What I am, is a free person, a human being, first, foremost, and always.
