I am concerned as much as anyone about our budget deficit here in CT, but one of our BRILLIANT libtard representatives has proposed installing transponders on all CT residents' cars and charging $5 everytime a resident leaves or returns to Connecticut. I think a better way of raising money to close the deficit would be...to find out what our legislators are smoking or sniffing, legalize it, and let Dan malloy tax it.
