You're missing the point. USELESS things, like an airports in the middle of no where or studies to find out why good teams make the NCAA tournament year after year are a complete waste of tax payer's money. Not going to war, but then spending that $ on weather satellites ( like we'd ever have spent it on THAT ) would still have us in as much debt, but less secure as a nation.
