I saw the 3 Stooges movie last night. When was the last time you heard a movie audience laugh for an hour and a half? Hats off to Sean Hayes, Will Sasso and Chris Diamantopoulos. Incredible acting. Hayes was really good as Larry, but Diamantopoulos and Sasso WERE Moe and Curly. This is 70 year old schtick, but they SOLD it.

This movie is not for folks who hate slapstick, but remarkably mild. A bonk on Sofia Vergara's boob and a fart joke is as crude as it gets. Plus, watching Moe give it to the cast of the Jersey Shore was totally worth the price of admission.

We went to the three dollar theater last night, hubbs saw Underworld and we went to "We bought a zoo" also should been named "Buy a box of tissues". They harped on his dead wife over and over and over, and while I totally get that it was about the journey out of sadness, they totally beat it to DEATH! Hubbs said Underworld was fairly entertaining, as they kept it to the willing suspension of disbelief level and not "trying to ram bullshit down our throats" level...

But I digress. There was a trailer for 3 Stooges before "Zoo" and I've never heard my kid laugh so much, both her and her father are very physical comedy people, so I will probably send them to go see it soon. And thanks for the content rundown- I never know what I'm sending them to see these days...

I'm more of an unexpected/off the wall comedy kind of girl myself...
