"If Barack Obama becomes the president in November, again, I will be either be dead or in jail by this time next year. You're laughing. Why are you laughing? That's not funny. I'm as serious as a heart attack. We need to ride into the battlefield and chop their heads off in November. If the coyote's in your living room, pissing on your couch, it's not the coyote's fault. It's your fault for not shooting him. Any questions?"
-Ted Nugent, NRA Convention 2012

“I’m training my grandchildren to use long-range rifles. For what purpose? Well, I’m not going to say the words ‘Barack Obama,’ but … we are heading for a major conflict between the haves and the have nots. I came here many years ago with a biker movie and we stopped a war. Now, it’s about starting the world. I sent an email to President Obama saying, ‘You are a fucking traitor,’ using those words… ‘You’re a traitor, you allowed foreign boots on our soil telling our military — in this case the coastguard – what they can and could not do, and telling us, the citizens of the United States, what we could or could not do’.”

Too bad Nugent's a coward and an idiot.

I bet Nugent held Bush's penis and worshipped Satan at Bohemian Grove. If I hear Wango Tango one more time I'll puke.

But even a broken clock is right twice a day. Nugent is 100% right about the requirement to eliminate Hussein Obama Soetoro, and millions of blacks and Democrats agree. As predicted, still no outrage from the right.

Nugent admits to being a pedophile, he has physically threatened Hillary Clinton ("Ride my machinegun into the sunset, you worthless bitch!"), and now he threatens the life of the President, and the righties here have nothing to say against him. Rappy, to the surprise of virtually nobody, in fact endorses and approves of Ted's message calling for the murder of the President.

Good to know.

Dig up the VH1 "Behind the Music" episode on him. He admits to having a "weakness for underage women", and claims it's better for their parents to sign over guardianship to him than have their daughters hooked up with some drug-addled high-school kid.

Ted never said , never advocated any such thing, and you know it. The Left must always, always invent imaginary monsters , because they can't defend their own views. It never fails.

What Ted ACTUALLY said:

"We need to ride into the battlefield and chop their heads off in November."

Yeah, hard to see how anyone could construe that as a threat. [/sarcasm]

You think "the Left" invented the thread about Hilary Rosen? Talk about having to invent something to keep from having to explain your views! What you said in that thread amounted to "The right doesn't have a war on women - YOU do! Here's a woman correctly pointing out that Ann Romney has never held a job - she's attacking all women!"

OF COURSE you'll defend your messiah Romney, and all who bow and scrape before him. It's what you've been told to do, after all, and you are incapable of disobeying your master's voice.

Your mock indignation is nothing short of delusional hysterics.

Meanwhile, actual books and movies were made, literally about the murder of George W Bush. The Left's reaction ?

Oh, it's just 'art'. It's not like they really MEANT it. Even w/ a picture of Bush's face super imposed over Lee Harvey Oswald,as he's getting shot... c'mon... you can't be serious!

Ted Nugent clearly is speaking metaphorically, of 'battlefields' and such... This is even a further stretch than blaming Sarah Palin for the shooting of Congresswoman Giffords..... 100%, pure ,hyperbole and spin, by the Left.

It's what y'all do, it's all you have.

( Oh, and the only 'war on women' is being fought by the Taliban, and the DNC. )

What's silliest of all is that Raptor literally CAN'T admit anything negative about Nugent; he's locked into supporting everything right-wing, even when he knows it's wrong. Otherwise, his personna as a troll would be in danger.
Quote:

Nugent told his audience that they should view President Obama and other Democrats as wild animals invading their homes. Like a coyote "in your living room pissing on your couch. It's not the coyote's fault. It's your fault for not shooting him."

Quote:

He has appeared on stage brandishing machine guns and saying 'Hey Obama, you might want to suck on one of these, you punk'
However you may parse his latest statements, THOSE are pretty damned clear.

As to the personality himself
Quote:

He lambastes drug users and alcohol drinkers, but repeatedly admits (without a trace of humility, however) to being a serial pedophile. Two relationships (one with his wife and one with “muse” Pele Massa, who was 17 when they started dating) were ended due to Ted’s infidelity while on the road, often with underage women. But Ted justifies his behavior with one of his trademark funny expressions: “alternative flesh management.”
Quote:

Courtney Love phoned into the Howard Stern Show on Monday before eventually coming into the studio where she made the shocking allegation that one of the first times she had oral sex was with Ted Nugent . She said she was young and she didn’t want to say exactly how old she was, but eventually confessed she was 12-year-old — which would have made Nugent approximately 28 years old at the time. She added it was a long time ago and she didn’t even have breasts yet
The fact of the matter is he hasn't hit the charts in a generation. How is it that anyone still cares what Ted Nugent has to say in 2012? Just give an aging, rocker who’s lewd songs inspired the brainless 30 years ago a microphone and you’ve got a hit on your hands. His sublime hints of violence, hate, anger and inciting violence is quite clearly the way to go for voters. Ted Nugent is a pedophile who clings to his guns, advocating violence with suggestive, implanted words designed to incite hate, violent actions and this type of Tea Party advocacy is the same rehotoric we’ve heard since 2008. That Raptor is boxed into the necessity of defending him is just another indicator that he's here for one reason and one reason only: To make aburd statements which will trigger responses from others.

Nope. You're wrong agian, Niki. I'm not 'boxed in', in the least bit here. I offered my statements, my views, fully and completely in support of Ted's message, that we need to get Obama out office, for the good of the country. On that, I stand for , 100%.

I'd have said it differently than the motor-city madman, but hey, that's why he's a rocker , and I'm not. Entertainers, actors, etc... often say stupid or crazy stuff. Look at Janeane Garofalo, Sean Penn, Chrissie Hynde, Rosanne Barr, Rosie O'Donald, ... I could do this all day long. But someone whispers the merest of displeasure in your dear leader, Obama, then all hell breaks loose.

Please... this is yet another phony, contrived non-story that the Lefties are fanning, simply to distract from this President's horrific failure.

Thanks, it's been a couple days since you've provided me with a full-on belly laugh like that.

Ted said it, not I. And yet, you can't accept the facts , as they are. You'd rather believe the fabricated lie, because it fits in better w/ your mindless hatred .

Fine. I get that. I really do. It's who you are, as has been demonstrated, time and time again.

"Whats the difference between Lincoln, Kennedy, and Obama?

Nothing.

Yet."

Poor humor. But its still funny.

Actually, he's right. Which is why I agree w/ him. But then I guess using words like 'freedom' and 'individual responsibility ' are incendiary, to a bunch of big govt lovin' socialists.

It makes sense, really. People tend to ignore Rappy and Wulfy and Zitboy unless they say something rankly stupid, racist, or otherwise inflamatory.

It's rather pitiable. I can't help but imagine basements full discarded fast food wrapers, porn and trucker hats when I read one of their posts.

But I find them entertaining, so I feed the trolls like I do my fish.

Curious that you mention 'brains', in connection to Kennedy and Lincoln.

I think we all know what Wulf was alluding to, but rest assured, Joe Biden is all the insurance Obama needs from ...well, anything. Save for the election in November.

It is rather entertaining, how they make it so easy. It's like they've been constructed for no other purpose but to illustrate the insanity of the right wing.

Hey, it's the internet. It's a possibility. I do prefer that option than to believe that anyone is really this insane.

I and others have toyed with the theory that they're just acts, pretending at the zealotry they display. But after so long, it's hard to think they're even that intellegent. Now, Rappy, I think he does just go as hard-core crazy as he does for attention. Wulfy I think really is that deranged.

Well, let's see, so far he's lifted the ban on guns in national parks...

Oh, wait, that's the opposite of taking them away....

Uhh, closest I can come is
Quote:

during the 2008 presidential race, Politico uncovered two candidate position questionnaires from Obama’s 1996 campaign for the Illinois state Senate. In both questionnaires, the question was posed, “Do you support state legislation to ban the manufacture, sale and possession of handguns?” In both cases, the answer was “Yes.”
He has not, however, DONE anything to restrict guns or gun sales in any way, nor said anything publicly about doing so.

The NRA's reference to "under the radar" intentions by Obama to restrict guns may come from this:
Quote:

Though the president has rarely mentioned gun control in public, the Washington Post has reported the following about a meeting between leading gun control advocates Jim and Sarah Brady and Obama’s press secretary:
Quote:

During the meeting, President Obama dropped in and, according to Sarah Brady, brought up the issue of gun control, “to fill us in that it was very much on his agenda,” she said.

“I just want you to know that we are working on it,” Brady recalled the president telling them. “We have to go through a few processes, but under the radar.”

There was Fast and Furious, which got a couple of Fed agents killed. The purpose of this operation was to phony up public sentiment against guns, based on the bogus claim that guns themselves are migrating down to Mexico, hopping into the hands of otherwise mild mannered drug gangs, and FORCING them to slaughter all manner of innocent civilians and law enforcement.

Then there's his comments to Sarah Brady...

Wow, are there really right-wingers stupid enough to think that guns migrate all by themselves and that drug gangs are mild-mannered?

I may have underestimated your levels of delusion and stupidity!

Which was a botched attempt at slowing the flow of guns into Mexico, not to get support to take guns away.

Okay, do you realize that gun control laws do not mean talking them away in most cases. Plus that is what he said to her, what he has done is much different.
