"We'll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false." -- William Casey, Reagan's presidential campaign manager & CIA Director (from first staff meeting in 1981)

Three Connecticut police officers have been put on administrative leave after they were caught on video brutally beating a suspect in a local park.
Elson Morales, Joseph Lawlor and Clive Higgins, all 10-year veterans of the Bridgeport Police Department, are shown on the tape kicking and stomping on a man they had already subdued with a stun gun.
They will remain on paid administrative leave while the May 2011 encounter is investigated.

Can someone please explain to me how this would have had a happy ending if the suspect had only had a gun with which to defend himself from these fucking worthless pigs and their government tyranny?

May 2011? Why is this only being investigated now? :(

ETA: Read the article now. So someone posted this anonymously on Youtube. Wow. Was the witness who filmed it not confident that they could hand the material over to anyone to start an investigation after it happened?

The witness was probably scared for his/her own life if they tried to approach police with the video! (And with good reason, it seems)
