AFTER the Gulf War the USA hovered over and bombed all of Iraq on a weekly basis. Now... do you think Saddam could do anything, let alone a major world class coverup of a massive illegal weapons program, under the direct observation of American jets, satellites, and everything? Ah... no. I'm just not that stupid. Oh, and HAHAHA
