I see where I went wrong though. I tried to clarify something JSF said for you, and you mistook MY response as some how being in agreement. I should have started my reply off with something like " Hey, MD, I think what JSF means w/ the workplace violence thing is... " and then go on to explain.

Would that have given you a better reference point from which to understand me ?
