Gettin' old, but still a hippie at heart...

One of my friends on the website I run lives on lots of land Back East and sent me this...I thought someone might get a kick out of it (especially you, Frem; check out the horse!).

She also has THREE Great Danes, a Border Collie and numerous parrots. I'm envious (NOT of the Danes, I can't imagine living with THREE of them!). To heck with the sled, I say, just lemme at JET (the horse--and yes, Frem, he's a Fresian)! I think he's gorgeous, and as she said, very patient (only the second time he's been hooked up to the sleigh). I think once he got going, he actually seemed to enjoy it...if you get far enough in, at just after 2 minutes he tried to break into a canter once. What fun!

I wish we all could enjoy stuff like this...now THAT's the way to spend Xmas! So I offer it for vicarious enjoyment, anyway...
