This is consistent with what we know about blackholes at the center of galaxies (and in general), they do emit bursts of gamma radiation. Nasa's story is more about this is the best we've ever seen the gamma radiation from our own galaxy.

What you're objecting to is piratenews's assertion that the moon landing was staged. The Milky Way doesn't actually have anything to do with that.
