Let's get to the point about what is and what isn't acceptable behavior.

According to you, if anti-governor demonstrators had been openly carrying guns that would be OK. Because they were simply exercising their 2nd Amendment rights to make their voices heard by a bunch of dirty politicians who weren't listening to the voice of the people. Right? So carrying guns is OK.

And shouting down a politician is OK.

And demonstrating is OK.

So far, so good?

But demonstrating is OK.

Open carry is OK.

Being part of a union is OK.

Shouting down a politician is OK.

Right?

Ya see Rappy, what I'm trying to get to is an agreement on what is OK and what is not OK without any sort of face or even vague outline of the person who is acting in a certain way. In other words, an abstract set of concepts which apply equally in all directions.

Is that possible for you? Can you make judgments about what is right and what is wrong w/out knowing "who"? Or are your morals inextricably tied to your emotions?

It's not about what one does that's right or wrong. The simple point of all this is to show what a female teacher, and a supporter of unions, will do. She's been lied to and brain washed to such an extent as to hate the very elected officials who are looking after the best interest of the people. THE PEOPLE, of her state, who so unwittingly allowed her to teach their children.

So basically, Niki, you're down to a choice between Rap being demented, or simply delusional.

Raptor, I agree that the statement of yours that Niki sited was really rediculous and it really takes away from the plausibility of any arguments you put forth in this thread hence forth, pa-lease.
I wanted to tell you that before but I didn't really see any point, but I decided to.

There's nothing ridiculous in my statement, in the least. Look at all the hate and vitriol at the ' peace' rallies, and the Wisconsin union protests. Notice all the trash and vulgarity going on there, and then compare that to the clean, peaceful and in large part civil TEA party marches. But thanks for playing.

Or a jihadist and supporter or Islam. Or an right-wing anti-abortionist. Or a President who is convinced of American exceptionalism.

But apparently not looking after the best interests of teachers, social workers, regulators, public works, other public employees, and those who depend on them. And aren't these public employees and citizens ALSO "people" who deserve representation? Or do they somehow not meet your definition of "people"?

RAPPY, WULF: There is a problem with using the term "we the people", or "us": MOST people use the terms "us" or "we the people" really don't mean EVERYBODY.... they usually only mean a subset that THEY agree/ identify with. People who are similarly white/black/brown/yellow/red, or have the same political beliefs, or follow the same religion, or speak the same language, or live in the same village, or have the same income or education level. "We the people" is almost never used in a truly inclusive sense; but used to cover up an unconscious bias against a whole group of others who are not (in their mind) "people".

So next time you use the term "We the people" just be aware that you are most probably exposing your prejudice against a whole group of "non- people".

Raptor, I do agree with you sometimes, but when you use blanket inflamatory statements like that it just turns people off to what you're saying. I don't agree with you always, but I do agree with you sometimes,

Which 'blanket inflammatory' statements ?

Sometimes the truth IS inflammatory. I'd rather be right than liked.

So, "we the people" doesn't include public sector workers and those who depend on them? So what you really mean is "'Me and those like me' people"?

Oh bullshit. When talking about some 150 million people one needs to generalize, hence blanket statements....This "you can't generalize, stereotype, etc..." is bullshit. Just a bunch of hippie love everyone crap that has been taught to children since the 60's.

Most liberals value trees, zebra frogs, and marsh land more than human life (why they love abortion) *see side note*. More liberals are radicals this is present in the youth trying to be like their 60-70's brethren. Those tards will rally for anything...ANYTHING.

*side note*
I have always found the parties stance on abortion perplexing. You would think that since the rates of abortion among blacks, hispanics, and poor whites is so high, that evil republicans would view abortion as nigger management and the "save the trees" dems would ahbor ahbortion ....so what gives?

...or "we the people" doesn't include the citizens that no longer want to pay the demands of public workers/government that is there to serve them.

The government is here to serve the people. The people have every right to decide what teachers, Firemen, policemen, etc... get paid. After all it is a government for the people by the people. If you can't adapt to that...you are free to go elsewhere.

See, these public sector unions are not bankrupting a large evil corporation...they are bankrupting their neighbor's grand children....and the absurd part is ...doing so under the "serving the public" mantra and DEMANDING the right to do so. You can't make this shit up. Fucking too funny

Honor is a vanishing trait in these times.
Thanks for avoiding the wrong/left side all the time.
Those who are right will see through the flames and realize how likable you are. Those who are always wrong/left will rarely like the correct/accurate anyhow.

The statement I'm thinking is the one about how conservatives are hard working honest folk but liberals are whiny and spoilt. It may be true some of the time, I'm not arguing with ya there. It just looks bad when you say it like that. Obviously you can say wahtever you want though.
